How much do the Real Estate Broker's services cost?

Commissioning of the real estate sale or purchase is free.

The Broker is compensated only at the moment when the real estate sale/purchase transaction is finalised.

At the moment there are no legal regulations that would specify the amount of such compensation. Our Company charges 3.0% + VAT of the real estate value as specified in the contract.

In the case of real estate rental our charge equals a monthly rent amount. In the case of expensive real estate, the Broker's compensation may be subject to negotiations.
